Projects Covered Under Warranty or Web Maintenance:

If your project can be completed within an hour, it will have an estimated turnaround time of two business days. We will notify you when it has been completed.

If your project will take more than an hour to complete, our team will contact you with an estimated date of completion.

Sprout Website Warranty: Any typos, errors, or technical issues detected within 30 days of the time of publishing or posting will be fixed at no charge.

Projects Billed at an Hourly Rate:

All other work is billed in 15-minute increments at a $100 hourly rate during regular business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, Eastern time). Evening and weekend rates are $200/hour.

If your project can be completed within an hour, it will have an estimated turnaround time of two business days. Once the work has been completed, you will receive an email notification and invoice (to be paid within 30 days).

If your project will take more than an hour to complete, our team will contact you with an estimated cost for services and date of completion. A 50% deposit is required before any work begins. Once the work is completed, you will receive an email notification and invoice for the remaining balance (to be paid within 30 days).
