New Website for a Conference Center in Concord, NH

Grappone Conference Center ballroom in Concord, NH

Located just minutes from downtown Concord, New Hampshire, Grappone Conference Center is a preferred destination for conferences, business meetings, and social events in the Capital Region. The full-service facility prides itself on providing first-class hospitality to every guest who visits its facility or stays at its onsite property. Grappone’s leadership team wanted their website to better reflect its commitment to “the customer experience” and came to Sprout for help.

Identifying Target Audiences

Sprout started this project by meeting with Grappone’s marketing team. After identifying the company’s target audiences and core messaging, our copywriting team created the website’s written content, optimized for search engine visibility.

Creating an Engaging Design

Our designers used the copy to build the site, incorporating beautiful, customized photos, graphics, and animation. “Our goal was to create a sleek, modern website design that mirrored the premium-quality experience Grappone offers its guests,” explains  Jamie Alwynn, Sprout’s lead web designer.

Optimizing the User Experience

We reconfigured their website’s main menus to make it user-friendly and easy to navigate. The new home page beautifully showcases the venue’s features, services, and amenities, allowing visitors to easily connect with an event planner, book a hotel, or view a catering menu with just one click.

Client Feedback

Grappone Conference Center’s leadership team is thrilled with their new website, which brought in several event leads within just a few days of going live.
